This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be provided for membership fees, training programs, and other services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Membership and Course Fees
Membership Fees: Membership fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed. However, in cases of duplicate payment, technical errors, or administrative issues, full refunds will be issued.
Course and Program Fees: Course fees are refundable under limited circumstances. Refunds may be provided if a participant withdraws prior to the start date of the course or if aiSSEMBLY cancels or significantly alters a program. Partial refunds may be considered in cases of withdrawal due to exceptional circumstances (such as illness or emergency) with proper documentation.
Application Fees: Application or registration fees are non-refundable.
Other Service Fees: Fees for certification, examinations, digital products, or customized services are non-refundable once issued.
2. Refund Process
Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, members or participants must submit a written request to office@aissembly.org, including name, membership ID (if applicable), reason for the request, and supporting documentation.
Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed individually. Please allow 4–6 weeks for processing. Applicants will be notified of the decision by email.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Payments made by credit or debit card will be credited back to the same account.
3. Program or Service Changes
aiSSEMBLY Cancellations: If a program, course, or service is canceled or significantly modified by aiSSEMBLY affected participants will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer to an equivalent offering.
Member-Initiated Changes: For changes requested by members or participants, such as deferring enrollment or switching programs, the applicable refund or adjustment policies will apply.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted in cases of serious illness, death, or other exceptional circumstances, subject to appropriate documentation and approval by AISsembly. Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis.
